Winter In Iowa

It's winter in Iowa
And the gentle breezes blow,
70 miles per hour at 52 below!
Oh, how I love Iowa
When the snow's up to your butt;
You take a breath of winter air
And your nose is frozen shut.
Yes, the weather here is wonderful,
I guess I'll hang around.
I could never leave Iowa
'Cause I'm frozen to the ground.
Author Unknown at this time.... could pretty much be anybody in this state!

Hmmmm sounds very similar to a poem I saw on AuntLoisSays. It's pretty bad in IN too!

Jennifer is correct. I posted that with a picture on last Friday's Funnies. I did not write the poem. Someone sent it to me.
It fits though.

So funny! I could very well substitute "Alberta" for "Iowa" and it would describe our winters perfectly! The frozen snot is definitely the worst! I HATE that feeling!
